Collaboration
Plan in Advance
Collaboratively across various departments in the company. Listen to others' opinions and clearly express personal views in meetings. Clear communication can make the whole design process more efficient.
E.g., Before making prototypes, ask IT departments if the ideas can be accomplished.
Prepare the visual content for different festivals ahead of schedule. So there are times to modify and ensure the quality of the design works.

Worked closely with the UI/UX team and modified the Teamlink official website. After iterations, the prototypes were passed on to the IT team for implementation.
